A unique two-in-one experience.
My background as a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer means you will receive the benefits of two fields of expertise in each fifty minute session. You can be assured you are in competent hands as we work to overcome any past injuries, recurring pain, or ongoing weaknesses.
Intake and commencing treatment.
Whether you are coming to me for physical therapy or personal training, I will conduct a thorough assessment of your strength, range of motion, and balance. Not all Personal Trainers are qualified to conduct this kind of assessment, but the information is essential in helping you meet your personal goals.
Dedicated and attentive care.
Working with you one-on-one, I can review the advice of your existing medical providers, consult with them if necessary, and select exercises that target your problem areas. Together, we can identify any fears or concerns you have around the recovery process and draw up a plan to achieve your goals.
Safe and informed approach.
When you’re ready to begin your program, I will teach you the proper method and form for executing each exercise. We can consider any past injuries while targeting areas for rehabilitation, strength-building, or cardio training.
Customized personal training.
If you are a healthy individual with unique objectives, I can also help you plan and implement a custom exercise program. I can even help you set up a home exercise space, including sourcing and installing the equipment. You may be surprised by the insights I can offer.
The confidence to try something new.
My approach is positive and motivational. You should feel safe enough to enjoy yourself while progressing at a pace that is right for your body. I believe health and happiness go hand in hand, and there’s nothing wrong with having a little fun along the way.
Strength and fitness at the pace that is right for you.
In the comfort of your home or at my small, home-based studio, we can work together, step-by-step, to achieve your goals. You’ll be amazed at how much you can achieve as your health and strength improve!
